Nasher Realty Associates, Inc. has developed housing since 1996 in the greater New York area.
Nasher has also partnered with other private developers and nonprofit organizations to build sound, quality, affordable projects that have stabilized and revitalized communities. We have also developed subsidized low income housing by partnering with NYC and NYS government agencies.
Nasher has experience in new construction, gut rehabilitation, substantial rehabilitation, and moderate renovation. We have obtained financing in the millions for our projects and forged relationships with many financial institutions.
